It Looks How My Heart Feels

Before I had any words to say in response to what’s been happening in our country… I painted. I painted with a burden, and prayers, and hope. After I finished, I sent it to a friend, without any commentary. Her words: “It made me want to cry. It looks how much my heart feels.”⁣
